Matrix Ride - Sprint 8
Sprint 8 is a 20 minute, high intensity interval training programme scientifically proven to boost energy, reduce body fat and promote lean muscle. Suitable for all abilities.
Circuit training is a form of body conditioning, endurance training and resistance training targeting strength building and muscular endurance. In normal circumstances, these classes would involve a lot of movement and running about but to manage social distancing, you will have your own dedicated space in which to train. Don't be fooled in to thinking it's any less of a workout! Suitable for all abilities.
Matrix Ride & Core
These 45 minute non-impact interval training classes give a great core and cardiovascular mix both on and off the bike. This is sure to get your blood pumping! Suitable for all abilities.
TRX Suspension Training
TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. Suitable for all abilities.
Studio Barbell Strength
Full body strength class using the studio barbells. A class designed for all fitness and strength levels, adjust your weight and your reps to suit you.
This is a total body workout that combines power and strength to build stamina and total body strength using kettlebells in the studio. Suitable for all abilities.
